Visit 4 was the insertion of the final restoration. Really all we had to do was remove the provisional restorations and insert the final restorations. We were all happy with the appearance and the patient was happy with the way the restorations felt in her mouth. We checked the occlusion and cemented the restorations (Improv) and dismissed our patient.

She is now back in Texas (Her Florida assignment is over) and I have referred her to a prosthodonitst in her area for maintenance. We keep in touch with e-mail and today in one of her e-mails, she said the following:

"For everything that you have done for me, I would be glad to be your reference if you need one."
